One Swayam Credit can be used to book one class of any subject.
You need to buy Swayam Credits to book a class. One Swayam Credit can be used to book one class of 30 minutes. Book more number of classes in one go for better savings.

You can use Swayam Credits to book a class of any subject and topic.

Yes, you can cancel a class up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, beyond which you cannot. The Swayam Credit will be credited back to your account, which you can use to book the class at a later date/time.

You will be able to see the profile of the teacher who would be taking your class. LearnoHub ensures that we have well-qualified teachers to take your classes.

If the teacher is unable to take a scheduled class in case of any emergencies, you will be notified via email at least 6 hours before the scheduled time of the class.

You can appeal to get Swayam credits back for this class only if these conditions are true.
1. You joined the class on time and waited for 10 mins, but teacher didn’t join.
2. Teacher joined but could not take class due to technical issues at teacher’s end.

Please note that you can’t claim Swayam credits back if you missed to join the class on time. Teacher will wait for 10 mins, if you don’t join in 10 mins the teacher will log off and you will not be able to claim credits.
Once you apply for the Swayam Credits refund, it will be reviewed by LearnoHub team & only once it is approved you will get the points back.
