No, swtiching circuit and quantifiers are not asked in JEE.

Whenever you have confusion about topics asked in JEE, please go through the questions asked in the previous years. You will get a clear cut idea.

First make all those concepts clear of all the chapters. If later, some time is there, before exam, then you can think of learning some additional topics which have not been asked in JEE but may be asked in future. 

But first clear all the general topics frequently asked for all the subjects.
