Equality: Right to equality before law and against discrimination based on religion, caste, sex, or place of birth.
Freedom: Freedom of speech, expression, assembly, association, movement, and profession (with reasonable restrictions).
Against Exploitation: Protection from forced labor, bonded labor, and human trafficking.
Religious Freedom: Freedom of faith, practice, and propagation of religion.
Cultural and Educational Rights: Protection of cultural and educational rights of minorities.
Constitutional Remedies: Right to approach Supreme Court or High Courts for enforcement of any of the other fundamental rights.
