Sneezing is a reflex action done by our body. Sometimes, when foreign particles like dust, pollen, germs, pollutants infiltrate in our body through the nasal cavity, our sensory organs give a signal to get rid of it and protect our body. Thus sneezing happens to forcefully eliminate the particle from our body.
