How to prepare physics chapter1?

The major headings in this chapter are the following:

1. What is an electric charge?
2. Charge by contact, induction
3. Properties of electric charge
4. Coulomb’s law – In normal form, Vector form
5. Unit of electric charge
6. Electric field intensity of – point charge, long coil and circular coil
7. Properties of electric field lines
8. Dipole – Axial, Equitorial
9. Electric Flux
10. Gauss law and its applications

As soon as you prepare on the chapter, try doing numerical or any illustrations to confirm your understanding. This is not only for this chapter but true for all chapters. Any chapter, pick up the key items of understanding in that chapter.

Then, when all the above points are done, go through your NCERT text and check for gaps or portions not covered under the above heading.

Finally, work out more problems on the topic and try doing derivations without seeing the book.

This should help you master the chapter
