Localized Vectors :  are vectors whose initial point and final point is fixed, they can not be moved freely to another place (i.e it is localized to a fixed space.)

Free Vectors : are vectors whose initial and final point is not fixed, they can be moved to any other place but with the same magnitude and direction. (i.e concept used in parallelogram law of vector addition.)
