All oxygen is paramagnetic.
Ordinary atmospheric oxygen gas is paramagnetic, but because its density is so low, its mass is very small and its paramagnetic behaviour is difficult to measure. Liquid oxygen, on the other hand, is dense enough that it is paramagnetic properties are easily seen: you can stick a magnet onto a glass test tube full of liquid oxygen. It is quite an astonishing thing to see.
