

Delocalisation means when a pair of electrons or a lone pair is attracted to only one nucleus, then the region it occupies will try to "spread out" rather than be "concentrated" between two nuclei where as conjugation whose structure may be represented as a system of alternating single and multiple bonds (may be double or triple): example CH2=CH-CH=CH-CH3
