Turner's Syndrome is an abnormality related to the sex chromosome X, where a human female individual lacks one of the two X chromosomes. This happens because of non-disjunction of the X-chromosomes during cell division. Thus, an individual suffering from Turner's syndrome has 45 chromosomes instead of 46 (44+ XO).

The female individual suffering from Turner's syndrome shows following features:
1. Underdeveloped breasts and ovaries.
2. Short-heighted and characteristic webbed-neck
3. Usually sterile
4. Lesser intelligence
