Answer:
Virus is an inactive body until it enters into a living body. Once it enters into the living body, it becomes active and uses the living machinary of the living mechanism . So it was inactive when entered therefore it is just a material for PM(plasma membrane) not a foreign living cell. So, plasma membrsne allows it to enter.
