Answer:
Unlike Malaria or other mosquito-borne disease , HIV is unable to replicate under the gut of mosquito and therefore is broken down.
In humans, HIV binds to T cells and begin replicating. No T cells exist inside the gut of mosquito so the virus has no ways for replicating or migrating to salivary glands. HIV particles are digested by mosquito and are completely destroyed.
