Gravitational Force is the force of attraction between any two masses in the universe which is directly proportional to the product of two masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.

When we talk about the  gravitational force between any body and earth, we call it gravity.Gravity specifically describes the resultant force with which an object is attracted towards the Earth.
