How is it possible that a body changes its position with respect to some frame of reference but not with time?

Time is a variable physical quantity, it continusouly changing.So,the situation you asked for, is not possible.

If a body is changing its position,that means there is also change in time,no matter how small the duration is.

Because its not possible that a body has more than one position at a time.
