A body cannot move with constant velocity in a circular path. Because in this path the direction of motion changes at each point. 

So, it is constant speed or magnitude of velocity, not constant velocity.

When a particle moves in a circle with constant speed, it is called uniform circular motion.

And in this case the acceleration is centripetal acceleration.

The direction of this acceleration is towards the center of circle.
