In trigonometry 90 + theta comes to 2nd quadrant but if theta=more than 90,then it should come in 3rd or 4th. But we take it as 2nd quadrant only.why

Again, we take the angles either in 1st quadrant or in the 2nd quadrant.
This is because we know the trigonometry function values.
Ex: sin 30, cos 45, tan 60, etc.
