Given lines are: 

                       3x + y - 2 = 0, px + 2 y - 3 = 0 and 2x - y - 3 = 0

The given lines may intersect at one point if its deteninant value is 0 i.e.

|3 1 -2| 

|p 2 -3|       = 0

|2-1 -3| 

=> 3(-6 -3) - p(-3-2) +2(-3+4) = 0

=> -3*9 + 5p +2 = 0

=> -27 + 5p + 2 =0

=> -25 + 5p = 0

=> 5p = 25

=> p= 25/5

=> p = 5

So value of p = 5
