Atomic shells are different energy levels in which electrons are present. Atomic orbitals are the three dimensional points of location in any shell, where the electrons are present in an organised manner.
Example, K shell has 2 electrons in the s orbitals; L shell can have 8 electrons distributed in s and p orbitals, and so on.
