Molar mass - It is the mass of 1 mole of a substance. It is measured as grams/mole
Atomic mass - An atomic mass is defined as precisely 1/12 the mass of an atom of carbon-12. It has no units.
Molecular mass - It is same as the molar mass. It is the mass of 1 mole of a substance. It is measured as grams/mole.
Emperical formula - It is the simplest whole number ratio of each type of atom in a compound. It may or may not be the same as the molecular formula of a compound. Empirical formula can be calculated from information about the mass of each element in a compound or from the percentage composition.
