So, According to your Question

Jug is filled with 2L Milk 

I can say 1L = 1dm³

and We generally find volume in terms of M³ okay,

So see the Question become so simple, you have to just convert 2L into M³

Lets do it then

1 L = 1dm³

1dm = 1/10 m

1 x 1 x 1 dm³ = 1/1000m³

Replacing the Value of 1L by 10^-3m³

Volume of 2L conating Jug will be  = 2 x 1/1000  = 2 x 10^-3(Answer)
