In order to revise just simply go through your notes & try to recollect the concepts you have learned in every chapter. In case of physical chemistry chapters, don't miss out on solving some problems which you feel difficult so that you would come to know where you are making mistakes. In case of organic chemistry, don't just go simply through the reactions but write & see every general reaction (for e.g., 2RX + 2Na --> RR + 2 NaX) so that you won't feel confused while recollecting the reactions in your exams.
