why we dont consider the TTP & CTP as energy currency?
Answer:
The phosphate bond in TTP and CTP is not a high energy bond. So when TTP is converted to TDP and CTP is converted to CDP, not enough energy is released when compared to that when ATP is converted to ADP. Thus, ATP is the energy currency of the cell and not TTP or CTP.
