Question:
In ch 13 -photosynthesis in higher plants part 13 it was told that the protons enter the thalakoids spaces from the stroma and next in part 14 it was told that protons pushed out from the thalakoids spaces into stroma by facilitated diffusion due to the concentration gradient so it means that the concentration gardient was initially higher in storma so protons diffused to thalakoids and then they are again pushed out why the protons move from stroma into thylakoids and then again come out
Answer:

During photosynthesis electron transfer from water to NADP energy captured in two photoacts is stored as an electrochemical potential gradient of protons. First, proton moves from stroma to thylakoids.

reoxidation or deprotonation occurs towards thylakoid lumen.

Protons accumulate within the intermembrane space and move inwards generating ATP and oxidising NADH within matrix of these organalles. Then the concentration will support protons to move from thylakoids to stroma with facilated duffusion.
