Question:
we know that centriole is absent in plant cell ,so without division of centriole how can plant cell division be possible
Answer:

Instead of centriole, centrosomes are present and play the similar role in cell division in plants as centrioles play in animal cell. But centriole has simpler organisation than centriole in animal cell.

There are many different ways to make a spindle in plants. Mitotic spindle may be organised at centriolar chromosomes, occur only in final division of spermatogenesis, polar organiser, plastid angiosperms or nuclear envelop.
