why doctors mostly prefer to give A group blood than giving O group blood to a patient with A group?
Answer:
Blood group O doesnot have any antibody therefore become universal donor. But for a patient of blood group A, same blood group is preferable to avoid the infection, coagulation of blood, inflammable chemical signals and immunological reactions. Since it does not have antibody, it is not assure it is recognise by body or not as its blood. To avoid the consequences, doctors prefer same blood group.
