I have confusion in antigen - antibody reaction that is under ABO incompatibility. can u explain with example?
Answer:
It simply means people with type A blood creates antibodies against B antigen. A person with type A blood recieving a transfusion of type B or AB blood would have an ABO incompatibility reaction. In this , our immune system attacts the new blood cells and destroy them.
