Hi Ma'am,While blood transfusion if we inject A group blood to AB accepter,won't the Anti-B in donar's blood attack Antigen-A in accepter's blood?
Answer:
People with AB blood group do not have the antigens A or B. This is the reason that anti-B in donors blood would not attack the antigen A in acceptors blood. This is the reason that AB blood group is called as universal acceptor blood group.
