Question:
What is the example for thermophilies ? & as Eubacteria's cell wall are not so strong as archaebacteria,& how can we find thermophilies in Eubacteria as u have said that not all thermophilies are in archaebacteria & some of them are in Eubacteria, please explain this.
Answer:

A thermophilic organism is one which can tolerate and survive under extremely high temperatures, in a range of 150 - 200 drgree celsius. These types of organisms are present in both bacteria and archae. The lipid make up of the membranes of both thermophilic bacteria and archae are almost similar. However, though thermphilic bacteria can survve upto 200-240 degree celsius, the thermophilic archae can survive at even higher temperatures, beyond 250 degree celsius.

Examples of thermophilic bacteria - Thermus aquaticus, Alicyclobacillusetc.

Exmaples of thermophilic archae - Sulfolobus solfataricusSulfolobus acidocaldarius, etc.
