Bi radial symmetry is the combination of radial and bilateral symmetry. Eg. Ctenophores. The body components are arranged with similar parts on either side of a central axis and each of the four sides of body is identical to opposite side but different from adjacent sides.

Radial symmetry is the arrangement of organs around a central axis. Eg. Starfish. It is the condition of having similar parts regularly arranged around a central axis.
