Your said in arthropoda they have pair of ganglia but they also have a brain so they have two brain ganglia and brain . gaglia is also a simple brain then why they need another brain ? What do ganglia actually do?

Brian and ganglia have distinct functions. Brain is a part of the central controlling unit, wherreas ganglia forms a part of the periphral nervous system. However, since in arthropods the nervous system is not very developed, so the gangloin forms a part of the brain itself instead of a separate peripheral system. So ganglion is a part of the brain itself.
