Every thing available in our environment which can be used to meet our needs and for which technology is available to make.
That is, the things available in our environment whether natural or human resources like air, water, coal, petroleum, roads, bridges etc. are resources.
 Those resources which are obtained from nature and are used without much modification are called natural resources.
  Like the air we breathe, rivers, lakes, soil and minerals are all called natural resources.
