Stars twinkle because they are at very far distance from earth.So, the light coming from stars refrected many times due to atmospheric layers and stars seems like twinkling.
But, the plantes are much closer from earth with comparison to the stars.So, light coming from plantes does not refrect much thus plantes do not twinkle
