Reflection:

Reflection occurs When light fall on an object and scatters. It depends on the surface of the object.  A smooth or flat surface produce a reflection of light when light fall on it. The angle of reflected light is found to be equal to an angle of incident light. Whereas, in the case of a rough surface, the light actually show scattering phenomena.  

Refraction:

When light pass through a lens, it bends and moves. So, when light pass through a curve surface (concave or convex), its path bends.
