b) Side/rear view mirrors produce an erect and virtual image of the object in focus with a wide view. This is possible by using convex mirrors.
c) Solar furnace uses the heat from the Sun light. For this purpose, the light needs to be convergent at one point to produce maximum heat. Therefore, for this purpose, concave mirrors are used.
