How do I figure out whether light get reflected or refracted when hitting something,like through the iris ?
Answer:
When light incident on our eye, it refracts from eye lens.
when light falls on an interface, some part of it might get reflected, and some part might get refracted.
In refraction, the light when incident on a surface(which seperates two mediums),it transmitted into second medium along a changed direction.
But in case of reflection the incident light goes into same medium from where it comes.
