Answer:
Homologous chromosome are the chromosmes which contains alleles for same type of genes or can be called similar.
For tall character, we used TT both alleles are same hence it is homologous chromosomes.
The alleles may be same or different. Basically allele is a variant form of gene. Humans are called diploid as they have two alleles, one at each genetic locus, with one allele inherited from each parent.
