OS = 5, OT = 3 (radius of the circles)
Now
ST2 = OS2 - OT2
= 52 - 32
= 25 - 9
= 16
=> ST = √16 = 4
Now length of chord PS =2*ST = 2*4 = 8 cm
So length of chord is 8 cm
