Question:
how to use the equations of motion
Answer:

First equation of motion (Vf = Vi + at)

Second  equation of motion  (S = Vi t + 1/2at2)

Third equation of motion  (2aS = Vf 2 – Vi2)

The above equation describes the mathematical relationship between the parameters of an objects motion. As such, this can be used to predict unknown information about an objects motion if other information is known. A variety of quantities are associated with the motion of objects - displacement (and distance), velocity (and speed), acceleration, and time.
