A secondary rainbow is formed sometimes alongwith a primary rainbow. It is always fainter than the primary rainbow. 

Secondary rainbow appears outside the primary rainbow. It happens when light entering a raindrop undergoes two internal reflections inside the rain drop. The intensity of light is reduced even further by the second reflection, so secondary rainbows are not as bright as primary rainbows.
